September, 2008 - Nominations are being sought for the 2009 Champion of Children Award. The recipient will be honored at the 16th annual Champion of Children Award Event to be held at 6 p.m. on February 3rd, 2009 at the Southern Theatre, with a reception to follow at the Westin. Registration begins at 5:30 pm.
September, 2008 - American Electric Power will serve as Presenting Sponsor of the 2009 Champion of Children Award Event, which will be held on February 3, 2009, at The Southern Theatre.
